About ANT
ANT is the agentic AI workspace for dealmakers. A single chat-first surface puts origination, financial modeling, pitch and teaser generation, document intelligence, and staffing into one assistant that does the work — and shows its working.
ANT was built and tested at a boutique investment bank, on real mandates, against the standards a managing director actually applies. That origin shows in the product: terse, accurate, and allergic to filler. It is equally at home at Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other finance firms — anywhere deals get sourced, modeled, and pitched.
Who builds it
ANT is owned and fully controlled by Voidback, Inc., a Delaware C corporation. Voidback also builds Antonlytics, the institutional memory that gives ANT persistent, firm-specific context across every conversation.
How it works
A master agent understands your intent and either handles it directly or delegates to a specialist sub-agent — origination, analysis, or pitching — while streaming each step live. Every answer is grounded in your documents and firm memory; ANT asks for inputs it doesn't have rather than inventing them.
