This Privacy Policy explains how Voidback, Inc., a Delaware C corporation (“Voidback”, “we”), handles information in connection with the ANT Platform (the “Service”).

Information we process

We process account information (name, work email, role), the content you and your firm upload or generate in the Service (documents, conversations, models, decks), and usage and billing metadata. Documents are converted to text/markdown for processing and stored scoped to your organization.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service, run the agents you invoke, maintain your firm's institutional memory, meter usage for billing, and secure the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Tenant isolation

ANT is multi-tenant. Your data is isolated to your organization and is not used to serve other customers. Access within your organization is governed by clearance levels and roles you control.

Subprocessors

We use infrastructure and AI inference providers to deliver the Service. Inference is routed through our model gateway; prompts and outputs are processed to fulfill your requests.

Retention & your rights

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us via the Contact page.
