Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ANT Platform (the “Service”), provided by Voidback, Inc., a Delaware C corporation (“Voidback”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

Access & accounts

Access is granted to organizations under a contract. A company gains access only after it is verified and under contract; until then the account remains in a pending state. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the platform, or use outputs unlawfully. Agent outputs are decision-support tools, not financial, legal, or investment advice; you are responsible for reviewing them.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content your organization uploads or generates. You grant Voidback the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you.

Fees

Fees are set out in your contract and consist of metered token usage plus a platform fee. Usage is aggregated and invoiced per your agreed terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidback disclaims implied warranties and limits liability as set out in your contract.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
